4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

This section governs our SMS program.

When you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on one of our forms, or text one of our business numbers first, you agree to receive text messages from Archers AI Ops LLC.

We offer two separate types of text messages, and you consent to each one separately:

  • Non-marketing messages — appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, quote follow-ups, service updates, and replies to questions you asked us.
  • Marketing messages — promotions, special offers, and news about our services.

Consenting to one does not consent you to the other. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use third-party platforms to run our business, including our CRM and messaging platform, our scheduling tools, and our payment processor. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us, and are bound to keep it confidential.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you if that materially changes how your information is handled.

As stated in Section 4, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP to any message.
  • Opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of information that is inaccurate.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
